This annual event provides an opportunity for students interested in actuarial careers to interact exclusively with actuarial employers, both local and national. RMU, with Highmark cosponsoring, is hosting this event for the benefit of its 80 plus RMU actuarial science majors as well as non-RMU students from around the region. In 2011 we hosted 17 actuarial employers and vendors for the Ninth Annual Actuarial Career Day. 

The 2011 Actuarial Career Day was made possible in part by the contributions from The Hartford and ACTEX Publications. Over 180 students registered for the 2011 Actuarial Career Day, including 59 from RMU and 123 additional, representing 39 different universities.

All registered students are welcome to submit their resumes by e-mail in advance of the Actuarial Career Day. A complete resume packet will be sent to employers several weeks beforehand so that employers can initiate contacts with participants and set up interview schedules for the day of the fair.
