This is a browser-based system for bibilographic management. Therefore, it is perfect for laptop users, but may not be as user-friendly for those who regularly use different computers to do their research. Zotero is a Firefox extention.

RefWorks
http://www.refworks.com/
RefWorks is a login-based citation management tool. Set up a RefWorks account when you are on campus and then use RefWorks from anywhere. Once you set up a RefWorks account, it is easy to export database search results and directly import them into your RefWorks account.

EndNote Web

When you are on a campus PC or logged into the RMU network, go to EndNote Web to create an account.

Connotea
http://www.connotea.org/
A free, online tool for organizing and sharing your references. It does not provide a tool for creating bibliographies.

CiteULike
http://www.citeulike.org/
Free to anyone. It can be used with any web browser. It allows you to store and share citations via the internet. It does not provide a tool for creating bibliographies.
