Information management is a key component for any nonprofit. In order to make internal strategic decisions, apply for funding or evaluate program performance, a nonprofit organization must be able to describe its constituents and the services it provides to them. A database that meets the specific needs of the organization is vital to managing this kind of information.

Bayer Center technology staff can help you determine if there is a database application you could buy that will meet your information management needs or if you need to have a custom-built application. We also build databases in Microsoft Access according to the specific operational requirements of individual nonprofit organizations. If your organization currently has a Microsoft Access database that does not do everything that you need it to, we can enhance the way your database stores information and simplify creating mailing labels, personalized letters, analytical reports and summary reports.
