That is why we have partnered to create the Managing for Excellence Initiative, a unique framework that enables nonprofit organizations to efficiently plan for future success.
The Managing for Excellence Initiative is built on principles of the Drucker Planning Process. Named after its founder, Peter Drucker, the father of modern management, the process focuses on five questions to develop a three-year strategic plan.
