Over 32 agencies are currently or have participated in this process since its inception. Our first agency began the process in 2002.

The agency size ranges from budgets under $200,000 to $14 million. Agencies that participate are frequently United Way Member agencies or agencies that receive United Way Contributor Choice funding.

We have trained 3 classes of professionals from the nonprofit and private sectors to become Drucker Volunteer Coaches. In the past three years, 120 professionals have participated in the 2-day training program. They have made a commitment to the primary training, to ongoing training programs, and to helping an agency facilitate a Drucker Planning Process. This computes to over 4,000 volunteer hours committed to our region's nonprofits thus far.
