The Public Relations Office works to manage a full-scale image and product advertising campaign in conjunction with the university's overall public relations and marketing plans. All advertising and marketing programs must be developed through the Public Relations Office in conjunction with Enrollment Services (for student recruitment) and with other departmental managers when appropriate.
All print advertisements for the university must be designed and approved by Public Relations. If your department purchases an ad in a publication, please submit a Request for Publications Services Form along with the ad specifications to the PR Office at least 3 weeks prior to the ad due date. Ad specifications should include exact size of ad, B&W or color, acceptable submission formats (camera-ready art or electronic file type), submission instructions and a contact person for the publication in which the ad will appear.
