This very funny, very touching play focuses on the lives of four mentally challenged men who live in a communal residence: Norman (John Locke,) a mentally handicapped man, growing increasingly unhealthy through the sweet temptations he works around every day; Lucien (Corey Nulton,) severely handicapped and thoroughly helpless, who takes great pride in the large tomes he pretends to understand; Barry (Christopher Hutter,) a schizophrenic suffering as much from grand delusions as from the memory of an abusive father; and Arnold (Jack Lefebvre) a mentally-challenged manic-depressive who is as paranoid as he is bossy and uncompromising. Their sincere, but increasingly burned-out social worker, Jack (Josh Antoon,) is faced with the ever present strain of dealing with their issues and dilemmas while his dedication suffers. Mingled with scenes from the daily lives of these four, where "little things" sometimes become momentous, are moments of great poignancy. With touching effectiveness, we are reminded that these men, like the rest of us, want only to love, laugh, and find some meaning and purpose in the time that they are allotted on this earth.

Tickets are ten dollars and are available at the door. Call 412-397-5454 for more information.
