Do you provide Catering?
Yes, RMU Dining Services can provide food and beverage services for your event. Please look at our catering guide for ideas on your next event.
Where do I park?
There are various parking lots near the Charles L Sewall Center. We will provide you with access to a designated parking lot/s for your event. We will keep into consideration all factors to provide you with the best arrangement as possible. Campus also has several LED directional signs that will help direct traffic to the appropriate parking lot.
Do I need to bring my own audio visuals?
Conference and Facility Services has a wide variety of audio visuals available. Many times we will be able to service all of your needs in house. There are events that require us to rent equipment and/or hire technicians to operate. Charges may apply.
Can I come early to set-up or put out materials, flyers or pamphlets?
Yes, as long as you let your event manager know ahead of time. There may be an event before yours or the room may still be getting set-up. Your event manager will be able to help you with this.
I have materials that will be used for my event. Can I mail them to campus before the event? Who should I address them to?
If you are an RMU employee you can send them through interoffice mail. Make to the attention of your event manager. If you are from off campus, ship them to:

I am nervous about the technology. Will someone be around to assist me with my presentation?
We prefer to have your presentation materials in advance so that we can test them with our equipment (computers, sound or other technology) to see if any adjustments are needed. This will allow us to have your presentation prepared early. And, yes, we will be here during your event to assist you if needed.
