Community College Students - Scholarships

Robert Morris University (RMU) institutional scholarships and grants are funds given to students who show promise of high achievement in academics, athletics or other areas. Starting with the 2010-2011 academic year, the following academic based RMU scholarships are awarded through the Admissions Office at the point of admission to the university.   To calculate an estimate of your merit based scholarship, please click here. 

  • Constitution Scholarship
    The Constitution Scholarship is a $3,000 award based on a transfer college GPA of 3.5 to 4.0.
  • Declaration Scholarship
    The Declaration Scholarship is a $2,000 award based on a transfer college GPA of 3.0 to 3.49.
  • Revolutionary Scholarship
    The Revolutionary Scholarship is a $1,500 award based on a transfer college GPA of 2.5 to 2.99.
  • Pioneer Scholarship
    The Pioneer Scholarship is a $1,000 award based on a transfer college GPA less than 2.5.

Phi Theta Kappa

Phi Theta Kappa is a scholarship awarded on a first-come first-served basis to transfer students that meet the following requirements. The requirements are that they be a member of Phi Theta Kappa while attending a community college (certificate must be provided), must have completed at least 24 credits and have a minimum 3.5 GPA. Phi Theta Kappa students are eligible to receive an annual $3,000 scholarship.
