ENGR8700 - Engr Research Project Dev I Spring 2013 Doctoral This course provides the students a foundation to formulate their research projects in the form of a dissertation proposal. Using literature in developing research problems, fundamentals of proposal development such as cost estimating, budgeting and planning for outcomes will be addressed. In addition, an in-depth coverage of commercial proposals and proposals to governmental funding agencies, such as NSF, DOE, NIST, etc. will be provided. 3 Credits
