MBAP5062 - Mgmt Prin/Organiz Behavior Spring 2013 prepares the prospective 21st century manager with the fundamentals to manage people in all types of organizations through an in-depth look at the functions of managers and some of the most recent thinking about organizational behavior, theory, and design. Through assignments and group exercises, students sharpen their abilities to understand and influence behavior. Coverage includes the shifts in management paradigms and the topics of globalization, diversity, entrepreneurship, teamwork, quality, change, and decision making. 2 Credits
