INFS2140 - M Programming
Spring 2013 This course provides the student with experience in analyzing and designing comprehensive medical, financial, and other general information systems through the use of the M language in the context of a shared global database environment. Emphasis is placed on the unique on-line, interactive characteristics of the M programming language used to solve a wide range of problems quickly and efficiently. The course includes experiences relating to the design and development of system applications using the M language and serves as an introduction to the more sophisticated "FileMan" techniques integrated into INFS3141 Advanced M Programming. Prerequisite: INFS1010, INFS1020, INFS1030, INFS1050 or MATH2070 3 Credits |
