HFLE1020 - Physical Fitness
Spring 2013 Physical conditioning consists of anaerobic and resistance training exercises designed to stimulate skeletal-muscular strength, flexibility along with the heart and lung systems in producing beneficial changes to the body. Additionally students will develop an appreciation of the role of nutrition, stress management and other aspects of lifestyle to maximize one's physical, mental and emotional health. 1 credit 1 Credits |
