HSIC8120 - Clinical Teams & Teamwork II Fall 2012 Doctoral In this course, students will learn more advanced group skills in the areas in group dynamics, micro-organizational theory, communication skills, interpersonal contracts, negotiation and negotiation skills and "strategic" behavior exhibited by individuals working in groups. The course will also deal with gender, diversity and cultural issues in groups as well as facilitating change in individual and group behavior. 2 Credits
