ORGL6800 - Leadership & Organiz Change Fall 2012 All things change. Leadership itself is the art of producing change. This course will enable students to understand how change is decided upon, planned, managed, led, and evaluated and understand the meaning of: "If you truly want to understand something, try to change it." - Kurt Lewin. Students will apply theories about change to an organizational change scenario to gain a better understanding of how leaders accomplish change. 3 Credits
