MBAD6063 - Legal Issues Of Exec Mgmt Fall 2012 The course is designed to give business students a practical understanding of law and government regulation, and how laws and regulations are developed and applied. Emphasis is on the legal system as a whole rather than on specific laws, although the focus is on laws that effect business decisions. Students are expected to leave the course with the knowledge to recognize potential legal issues and problems. The goal is for students to know when to seek professional legal advice. 3 Credits
