Student Financial Services Administrator

The Human Resources Department announces the position of Student Financial Services Administrator reporting to the Director of Student Financial Services.

Responsibilities include: implementing payment plans and answering questions related to the student's account; administration of the miscellaneous scholarship program; reconciliation and adjustments related to student health insurance; monthly Payment Plan budgeting and invoicing; invoicing for Conference and Facility Services and  invoicing for miscellaneous 3rd parties; assist with the student account email; maintains monthly spreadsheets for the general ledger; performs Payment Processing, including control sheets and ISC deposits; performs Account Adjustments; maintains 'special codes' holds; oversees work study students; performs related work as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Customer service/student focused.
  • Ability to work Saturdays and evenings, as necessary.
  • The successful candidate must successfully complete a background screening including a credit check.
