Online/Off-Campus Student Services Representative|
The Human Resources Department announces the position of Online/Off-Campus Student Services Representative reporting to the Manager, Online/Off-Campus Student Services.
Responsibilities include: assuring online and off-campus students have excellent and supportive student services; assisting students with courses and document requirements for online and off-campus degree programs; advising students on services available through RMU; advising at-risk students with circumstances to ensure online course and program attendance; informing students about course/program content and registration in degree program of study; reviewing, validating, and entering transfer credits from transcript evaluations for online and off-campus students; processing change of majors, reinstatements, college level examination credit, institutional credit, and approved course substitutions for online and off-campus students; enrolling students in OCICU courses; assisting students in acclimating and succeeding in online and off-campus courses completing transfer credit evaluations; working in cooperation with department heads to reduce student barriers; working evenings and weekends to meet the needs of students; and performing related work as assigned.
